There is no denying that the outdoors has changed my life. That is a bold claim I know. My hope is that it can change your life too.
Change is hard, I have written about this in a previous post but I believe it is possible and the outdoors is the ideal catalyst to make it happen.
Before I “found” the outdoors, I lacked fitness for one, I had no idea about personal development, lacked confidence in certain areas, rarely strayed out of my comfort zone, I worked in some rather mundane jobs that lacked excitement and I had little appreciation for the outside environment.
Little did I know that all of that would change when I started to take up some new outdoor hobbies. (More on that here)
I want this blog to serve as inspiration to you. To help you get active outdoors, to give you more energy, more purpose, have a zest for life and be more present.
With the emphasis on health and wellbeing I aim to give you inspiration, ideas and “tools” to help you feel more confident outdoors and start your own journey towards a new you.
